#131
Pretty June 30, 1851 Blandford MA CDS and bold "5" rate handstamp on SFL to Cannan NY with personal content, some bleaching to the blue paper and a small edge tear at top.  Last day of 1845 rates prior to July 1, 1851 rate change; though of course the 5 cent unpaid rate did not actually change between those periods.
$100
#256 New York to Boston ship letter, no year date but presumably early 1840s and in any event 1844 or earlier; 18 3/4 cent rate, red Boston CDS and "steam" marking; New York letter dateline (1 page nicely written letter between female friends).  nice coastal steamer marking.
$20
#242
Ladies' size stamples cover, Steamship 10 marking (probably originating from Cuba), incoming to Boston, 1863, with "thimble" Boston receiver.  A bit rough at left, but still a cute little thing.
$20
#243
Unusual 1864 incoming ship letter received at New York and sent on to Boston, New York double circle marking, "due 6" for unpaid ship letter in manuscript.  Reverse has bold "received at Boston" marking; a left of roughness at left.

#235
Gone postal?  M.O. Business penalty envelope, legal size, from Boston with 1898 flag ancel to Greenville, New Hampshire.  The Greenville PM struck the cover 8 times with his receiver -- and then for good measure 11 more times on the reverse!  A few wrinklikes and markings from what may have been rubber bands, but a most interesting item nonetheless.
$20
#276
Unusual 1913 ad cover from Grafton MA, showing J. Frank Donahue, a dealer in cattle, horses, carriages and harness.  Rather than his goods, Mr. Donahue elected to show "himself".  Addressed to the John Deere Co. at Syracuse; also unusual is the Grafton Cummins machine cancel; seldom seen on interesting advertising covers.
$20
#240
Pretty 1809 Groton, MA manuscript stampless with postmaster free frank to Worcester.  Clean cover, no file folds, short letter content
$40
#259 Jamaica Plain, undated CDS and manuscript "1" on drop rate cover, no contents, presumably mid 1850s.  Small edge tear at top, stops short of CDS.  Some back flap damage from opening.

#248 Nice clean 1848 North Marshfield, Masachusetts manuscript, quaker dating, 5 cent rate, to Bridgewater, long personal letter between women.  Beautiful example of a Quaker postmark!

1811 Petersham MA manuscript stampless, no date, postmaster free frank to Worcester, a bit of spotting but still nice looking, short letter content.

#211
1838 Randolph Massachusetts GREEN CDS with ATTACHED handstamp 25 cent rate, also manuscript rate at upper right, to Louisville KY.  Short letter content, strongly struck rate marking, mostly clear CDS.  Scarce, especially in green.  Two toned file folds, including one that catches the right edge of the postmark.
$40
#250 1833 South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, manuscript with QUAKER DATE, 18 3/4 rate marking, to Augusta, Maine.  Short business-oriented letter content; two file folds which affect the markings; still nice early Quaker.

April 1899, pair of 5 cent Trans-Mississippi (#288) pay double UPU rate from Worcester MA to Germany.  Left stamp is SE at left, Worcester flag cancel.  "We hold a vaster emire than has been" written on the back flap; also a German receiver and a New York Barry machine marking as a transit.
